Day 6: Doors and Bones

Today I threw in doors and map-loading. It was surprisingly easy, but doesnt have anything persistent yet. I'm really confident I can hack it though. Only things that will be persistent is player (wich can stay, so no problem there), checkpoint (just one location) and if the gem for that area was already collected. I'll just keep that in a GameData global and done (hopefully). Creating new doors is easy now too, or at least should be.
I also drew a huge ribcage as obstacles in the desert. The desert theme is really nice I think.

Not sure if I already mentioned the endgame screen, but I made it yesterday I think. Or maybe I made the screen yesterday and drew the picture today. It's very rough. It's good enough such that if I were to show it to an actual artist they probably understand what I'm going for.
Not sure how good I will manage to get it before the end of the jam.

My goals now are at least creating the cave and art for cave desert and maybe some extra for forrest, but then mostly I really should go for a large number of enemies very soon.

For now the pace is decent I think, but enemies might be very volatile. Enemies in Silver Sword were trash, so it should be fine if mine are trash too, right? We will see.
