Flipping Flippers

Flipping Flippers brings a beloved board game genre to video games: the auction game. Four penguins try to defraud each other to become the most opulent avian aristocrat. The game is played locally on your PC and each player controls their penguin using their smartphone, so no extra controllers needed.

Each player is given a set of four items. They can then create forgeries of any number of them, replace the original and keep it for themselves. Then each set is auctioned of. 

Bid for the real items, bait your opponents into buying fakes, or smash the fake items with an auction hammer, but make sure not to hit the real ones.

Your goal is to get the highest scoring collection. All different item-types grant you points in a unique way. 

• Diamond: You simply get a fixed number of points for each one of these that you have. 
• Sword: Have more of these than any other player to get a big cashout of points.
• Book: For each set of 4 your get points. Any left over score nothing.
• Fish: Each of these is worth more if more of them are in the game
• Goldbar: Every goldbar generates 5 money per round.
  

Special Items: 

• Wishing Well: At the end gain 1 victory point per 3 money.
  
• Turtle of Truth: Grants points for every forgery you own at the end of the game.
• GPU: Extra speed gives you the option for a final raise once an auction has officially ended.
• Cash Cow: Double the profits from your sold lots.
